The coaching process within an organisation
The coaching session
Each coaching session runs for an hour. You have the option of meeting either face-to-face, on the telephone or online via Skype. Sessions are usually held every 2-4 weeks to allow for work to occur in between meetings.
The identified goals and desired outcomes will determine the number of sessions required. An initial four to six sessions are usually agreed and paid for in advance. This is followed by a review of progress before further sessions are contracted.
An initial complimentary 15-30 minute ‘good-fit’ call about the process and the issues to be discussed is held before the first formal session.

Coaching is all about you. It is 100% focused on you and what you want to achieve in your life. This is your time to stop and reflect on what you really want out of life. You decide what you want to focus on and what if any action you will take in between sessions.
